We had a 5-star, first time experience with Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Crystal River, FL! Lilly was professional and friendly, answered promptly, took my information and sent confirmation emails immediately, even before I hung up the phone. I had called to request a free estimate on fixing a toilet that was leaking from the base. To my surprise, right before a major holiday (Thanksgiving), Lilly scheduled an appointment for the very next morning. Jon arrived promptly at 8am. He was wonderful: professional, personable and informative. He quickly diagnosed the problem, and gave me an free upfront quote on the cost of the repair. I found the price to be fair and reasonable, and accepted. Jon promptly got to work, was neat and tidy with everything he did, answered all of our questions thoroughly, and went above and beyond our expectations. You can tell he goes out of his way to take care of his customers, and he takes great pride in his work and a job well done. Anyhoo. They have earned my repeat business for all my plumbing needs.
