Mr Rooter employees were all very helpful, polite and knowledgeable. They were punctual and completely cleaned the work area when finished. Employees also took the time to explain issue, what they did to resolve it and any suggestions to avoid any further issues. Jess, Tom, Denise and Dan were great to work with.
Tom and James tried their best to find the clogged pipe. They tried the snake and even sent in a small camera. Tom is very knowledgeable in his field. Although they were unable to solve my issue, I will give them a solid “A” for effort!
