“This was our first experience with Mr. Rooter and it was most positive. They promptly responded to our request for service and when unable to arrive at the given time, they communicated immediately that they would be later than planned. Upon arrival, the professional technician surveyed the problem and completed the task. Unfortunately, during the cleanup a drain piece was broken due to a poorly repaired pipe. Thom, the tech, proceeded to repair the break at no additional charge. Lastly, not only did Thom fix our slow drain but he also discovered an issue with our laundry drain and remedied a situation we had struggled with for years.”
