      We had an issue with a clogged urinal at our college, and Mr. Rooter came to the rescue! They arrived promptly, were very professional, and took care of the issue quickly and efficiently. Not only did they clear the clog, but they also took the time to explain what caused it and shared tips to help prevent future issues.       Wow is all I can say! This company really cares about their customers! From the initial first visit with David and Enrique and on to the completion of the job, these guys are on it. Very trustworthy friendly and very clean employees. The job they did was completed in a timely manner and all cleaned up & put back to the way it was before they started, a lot of companies don’t do that. We were so happy with Angel and Ruben who did all of the hard labor and repairs for us. Enrique calmed me down when I was so upset about the issue we were dealing with and was awesome to suggest a cc option for the repairs, which we had no idea about, it was cool because is has a low interest rate and no payment for two months so if anyone struggling out there, ask them about that option.
