Very happy with this experience with Mr Rooter! Tyler was so kind, professional and helpful when deciding whether to replace our old sewer ejector pump vs just the float switch. He was also very meticulous with his work and left the area very neat. Definitely felt like we were in good hands during what could have been a much more stressful experience! The tech was excellent. Very professional and treated me with respect. He deserves 10 stars. I had called Homeserve and reported that my water tank had burst the night before. They contacted Mr. Rooter who responded the next morning. I have a policy with Homeserve, however they stated it only covers repairs, not replacement. I had limited options and Paid over $2800.00. This covered a new heater, pressure expansion tank and dispatch fee, along with the replacement of a shutoff valve that I requested. As a senior citizen and a veteran, I thought the total price was outrageous.
